The Japan Casino Regulatory Commission has listed nine casino games that will be allowed to operate in national casinos, excluding traditional Japanese games such as pachinko, pachislot and mahjong.

The nine games contained in the Japanese Casino Regulatory Commission’s draft regulations include 21 game variations that are currently banned in Japan but must be legalized as part of government plans for integrated casino resorts.

The list of these nine games includes baccarat (two types), blackjack (four types), poker (eight types), Sic Bo, craps, Casino War, money wheel and pay go, and electronic games.

Public feedback on the draft rules will be accepted by the Japanese authorities until May 9th. After that, the final decisions on the rules for national casinos will be made.
